Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your order if you have not yet sent payment via PayNow. You need not give any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You are entitled to a refund if you do not receive our edited pictures within 24 hours via WhatsApp, from the moment you: complete payment for your order and provide us with the relevant information that we require for the order and we acknowledge the placing of your order. Note: We may inform you on the occasion that our work will take longer than 24 hrs if you have ordered more than 1 image and in this case, a refund request will not be valid.
There can be no refund for picture(s) that have already been edited and sent to you.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation or refund request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. Note that you may incur external fees such as payment processing fees by payment service providers.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of order payment.
